I feel I have lived all my life with an empty space needing to be filled I grew up in Los Angeles, born in Mexico. My childhood was fulfilling and loving. Fast forward to late teens and youll find a crazy life style surrounded by questionable choices and late nights out. I didn't have much money or much respect for myself. I decided to join the military as a way to escape the people and lifestyle that was slowly dragging me down, in hopes to better myself and build a proper future. I can't say I was ever very religious although my parents had my study the bible as a child, however I figured it was all fictional tall tales written to hold people to under a certain restraint and keep civil order. Well now in the air force and some time back I graciously deployed to balad, Iraq (no longer under us military rule). I had a chance to work with some awesome families and many of them from the local area as well as India and Nepal amongst some few others... This was my first taste of Islam (never heard of it, didn't learn much of it then however) I did learn some Arabic from the locals and came to realize how modest and humble many of these people were. Very different from the people I know here in the states. So about 5 months after returning I met a girl at a party. Havin a social conversation I came I find she was Muslim, a short conversation led to many more, 2 months later I found mysel converting and finally slowly filling that emptiness I've had for so many years. 2 months after that we married :) and life continually moves in a way I could have only wished for only a few memories ago. Al-Hamdulillah truly Allah is the greatest and most gracious most merciful. I owe my life to these blessings.

Good reminder my friends dog of not even a yr to my knowledge passed. I don’t think it’s completely hit him yet but I saw the dog pass away in front of my eyes hen CPR didn’t help and the heart beat was slow. That’s when I knew there was trouble. The reason is not in my knowledge but character shall truly shine in growth from this sad moment

OMG A, remember when we were watching Revenge and Nolan hacked into that dude’s webcam for Jack’s brother?? ever since then I’ve been creeped out by how easy it must be for some people skilled enough to actually do it too.
I am so glad I have an external webcam and always keep it unplugged when I’m not using it.
I’m not verry worried about it but dang still scary how easy it is to hack. Obviously the light will turn on but what if it doesn’t. Dun dun dun!
